Refund & Exchange Policy

At NIU Apparel, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange if:
– You receive a defective or damaged item.
– You receive the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
– You have a size issue and need a different size.
To be eligible for an exchange:
– The item must be unused, unwashed , and in its original condition.
– All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
– You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues. Any claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for exchange.
3. Process for Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
1. Contact us through our website or social media channels.
2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
3. If applicable, include photos showing the defect or incorrect item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the exchange. If the same item is unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
4. Refunds
We currently process refunds on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be offered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If a refund is approved:
– For pre-paid orders (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer), the amount will be credited back using the same payment method.
– For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile account upon request.
Please note that refunds may take 5–7 working days to process, excluding additional time required by your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective or incorrect).
– Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
– Items returned without original tags or packaging .
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped . Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
– If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
– If the return is for a size exchange or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
