1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan —from major cities to smaller areas, we’ve got you covered.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. International shipping may come soon, Insha’Allah.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders usually arrive within the following timeframes:
– Major cities: 3–5 working days
– Other areas: 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or public holidays. A little patience—worth the wait.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on your location and order weight. You’ll see everything clearly at checkout—no surprises.

4. Order Processing

– Orders are processed during working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
– You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed.
– Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped . Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Parcel Inspection Before Payment

At the moment, parcels cannot be opened before payment . However, we ensure that every order is properly checked before dispatch.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

– If your order arrives damaged , please contact us immediately through our website or social media.
– We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of damage or incorrect items.
– If your order is lost during shipment, please contact us and we will raise the issue with the courier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
